How are groups formed?
"I don't fit students into groups. I build groups around students"
I personally create each group based on ability, current attainment, target grade, and learning needs. I also keep year groups separate, so students learn alongside peers following a similar stage of the curriculum and working towards comparable goals.
Weekly Group sessions -
Y11 - Every Tuesday 5 to 6 pm
Y10 - Every Wednesday 5 to 6 pm
