How Online Sessions Work
Regular weekly sessions, tailored to your child's knowledge gaps, target grade, and exam board.
Before the session: A Google Meet invite is sent, along with resources ahead of the lesson- these can be printed or used digitally on a tablet or iPad. If using an iPad, the screen can be shared during the session, allowing for live, real-time feedback as your child works through problems.
Homework: HW is set as part of every session. Homework is marked & reviewed together at the start of the following session, so nothing gets left behind.
Weekly Feedback: Detailed feedback is shared either by email or WhatsApp, depending on parent preference.
Resit and Summer Catch-up support
Not every student follows the same timeline — and that's okay. Alongside regular weekly 1:1 tuition, I also offer focused support for students who are retaking GCSE Maths or want to close learning gaps over the summer before the new school year begins.
GCSE Resit Support
For students resitting in November or the following summer, sessions are built around a tight, exam-focused plan, targeting the specific topics and question types that will make the biggest difference to students' grades, rather than starting from scratch. Ideal for students who narrowly missed their target grade and need a clear, structured path back to it.
Summer Catch-Up
For students moving up a year group, sessions focus on consolidating weak areas from the year just finished and building a strong foundation for what's coming next -so the new school year starts with confidence, not catch-up stress.
